Aomori's Goal

Everest of Apples’ main goal for 2006-7 is to help Prajwal School become more financially independent.

To do this, money raised this year will go towards

  1. ◆Completing the construction of the new school building
  2. ◆Assisting Prajwal School to pay off some debts (incurred by land purchase and construction costs of the new building)
  3. ◆Purchasing essential school supplies and contributing towards operating expenses.
  4. ◆Supporting disadvantaged students through the Prajwal School’s scholarship programme

Everest of Apples’ ultimate goal with the Prajwal School is for it to be self-sustainable and financially independent so as our short-term goals are met, we will phase out funding over the next two years.

As such we are looking for prospective projects for the future.  Ideally these would be in keeping with the education and Everest theme.  If you know of any worthy projects, please do not hesitate to Contact us

Everest of Apples is also being improved as an organisation through regular committee meetings and improved record keeping and accounting.

Everest of Apples’ financial plans for 2006-7 are to raise US$15,000 through a combination of individual contributions, fundraising events and the sale of EofA merchandise.


Akita's Goal

EofAあきた平成１８年度の目標は、インドの西ベンガルにおいて二つの新しい事業を実現させることです。平成１８年１２月、「JET参加者の会（AJET)」の分科会（SIG）であるGo M.A.D.(「Go Make a Difference (差をつけよう！）」http://www.go-mad.org)　の協力で、EofAあきたから１０人、EofAあおもりから２人、それ以外の県から３人のボランティアが、一週間の英語キャンプを行い、各学校で必要なものに関して話し合うため、校長に会いにインドに行きます。

2006年12月の事業は、所定の手続きを行った後、寄付金を以下の用途に利用する予定です：

  1. ♦ バハランプール小学校のために、新しい土地の購入
  2. ♦ バハランプール小学校に必要な備品の購入及び、運営費への寄付。
  3. ♦ バハランプール小学校の孤児に１０台のベッドを購入。

EofAあきたの平成１８年度の財政目標は個人寄付や募金ベントで１００万円（8,500米㌦）集めることです。
